Two adjacent solar PV projects · 4 MW AC / 4.38 MWp DC

Each project is designed for 2 MW AC / 2.19 MWp DC with 2 MW permitted grid export, providing a combined capacity of 4 MW AC / 4.38 MWp DC and 4 MW total export capacity. Effective building permits are in place for both PV plants, preliminary grid-connection agreements have been executed, and the application for the final connection agreement has been submitted. The projects will share a 20 kV underground connection of approximately 1.4 km to an existing substation, where a dedicated bay is reserved for them. The transaction includes the two regulated land plots, project rights and documentation. Dedicated areas for a future BESS configuration have been included, with an indicative capacity of 8–10 MWh subject to grid confirmation and the applicable permitting process.
RTB rooftop solar PV project · 2 MW (2 × 1 MW)
A construction-ready 2 MW rooftop solar opportunity arranged as two independently acquirable 1 MW phases on the flat concrete roof of a substantial building. Building permits and grid-connection agreements are in place, the construction site has been formally opened, and the connection point is approximately 50 metres from the property. Large-scale greenfield opportunity for the development of a standalone battery energy storage project on 38,000 m² of urbanized land. The project power can be configured up to 100 MW, while the storage capacity in MWh can be defined according to the investor's requirements. The concept includes a step-up substation and an indicative connection route of approximately 200 m along a municipal road. Following a preliminary agreement and confirmation of the investor's technical requirements, the project can be developed toward a building permit within an indicative period of 4–6 months. A letter of intent is required to proceed with the opportunity.
