Bulgarify is operated by Mechta-Oil Ltd., UIC 128526822, registered office and management address: 19 Nikolay Petrini St., 8600 Yambol, Bulgaria. These terms govern the website, its public content, forms and services. The platform is intended primarily for renewable-energy businesses, investors, asset owners and professionals. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.

Bulgarify organises public and submitted information about companies, projects, market opportunities, services, investors and news. We may review enquiries, prepare public summaries and facilitate relevant professional introductions.

Unless agreed in a separate written contract, Bulgarify is not a party to a transaction, an investment, legal or technical adviser, or an automatic representative of either party.

We take reasonable care, but information may come from users, businesses, public registers and third-party sources. We do not guarantee that every price, capacity, permit, timeline or market indicator is complete, error-free or current.

Before making a decision or entering a transaction, conduct appropriate legal, technical, financial and commercial due diligence and obtain independent advice.

By submitting information, you confirm that you own it or are properly authorised to provide it; it is supplied in good faith and is not materially misleading; you have the necessary rights in all text, images and documents; and you will tell us when a material correction or removal is needed.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to edit, translate and display approved material only for operating and promoting Bulgarify. Illustrative images are labelled accordingly.

A form submission, public summary or introduction is not an offer, acceptance, guarantee of interest or obligation to transact.

Do not place confidential information in public fields. Detailed material may be shared with a vetted party with the provider's permission and, where suitable, under an NDA. Controlled information may be used only to evaluate the relevant opportunity.

Browsing public content and making an initial enquiry do not automatically create a fee or commission. If Bulgarify is asked to actively identify an investor, buyer, customer or contractor, its role, scope, remuneration and any success element must be agreed in writing in advance.

We may request evidence, edit a public summary, reject or remove content that is unclear, outdated, misleading, unlawful, risky or outside the platform's focus.

Impersonation, spam, bulk scraping, bypassing safeguards, unauthorised access, unlawful content and misuse of confidential information are prohibited.

Bulgarify's design, brand, structure, editorial copy and original materials are protected. Normal professional use is permitted, but systematic database extraction, substantial republication or unauthorised use of the brand is not.

Third-party links are provided for convenience; their operators are responsible for their own content, security and terms.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, security events or external circumstances may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Bulgarify is not responsible for decisions based solely on a public summary, independent third-party conduct or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
