What does the check cover?
Answers are weighted and normalised to 100 points; non-applicable BESS questions are excluded. Unsecured land or an early grid process limits the score to 39; incomplete key permits, connection works or BESS approvals to 64; unresolved technical, timing, payment or transfer checks to 84. These are screening rules, not legal thresholds. Category bars show answer points before these limits. Unknown answers do not confirm readiness.

About the RTB readiness check
What does Ready-to-Build (RTB) mean?
In practical terms, an RTB project should have secured land rights, advanced or completed permits, a sufficiently clear grid connection path and documentation that allows construction to begin without a lengthy additional development phase.
Does the result officially certify a project as RTB?
No. The result is an initial screening tool. Formal status can only be confirmed after reviewing the relevant permits, agreements, designs and project-specific conditions.
Which projects can use the tool?
The check is suitable for solar PV, battery storage (BESS) and hybrid PV + BESS projects. Some project-specific requirements may differ.
Do I need to share confidential information?
No. The check does not ask for company names, exact locations, contract numbers or documents.
